Administration Officer

  • To provide administrative support to the Service Centre, assist with answering incoming calls, processing the area timesheets, checking service authorisations and actioning debtor queries within specified timelines.

 About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting. Our Administration Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service. 

  • To assist in maintaining an updated client and employees database.
  • Demonstrated ability to use computers, especially emails, word processing, and the ability to become proficient in the GoldCare software.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively on all levels, especially on the telephone and in written communications.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Admin role PT based in Darwin but occasionally visit to Tiwi Islands.
    • This role is to support admin task for Tiwi Islands Aged Care Facility.
    • Admin role also to back Admin in Darwin
