About the role
This is a 6 month Fixed Term Full Time opportunity, located at our Lambton service centre.
Reporting to Area Service Coordinator, the Administration Officer provides administrative support to the Service Centre, assist with answering incoming calls, process the area timesheets, check Service authorisations and action debtor queries within specified timelines.
Your main duties will include:
Liaising with Support worker Team Leaders and supporting them with administrative duties
Supporting and liaising with Support Workers including ordering PPE stocks
General administration duties including payroll, end of month other reception tasks

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively on all levels, especially on the telephone and in written communications.
