• About the role

  We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting. Our Administration Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service. This role is work alongside the Home Care Package Team and assist in all admin tasks to ensure compliance and support.

  Key Responsibilities

  • To assist in maintaining an updated client database
  • To undertake other administration duties as required
  • To understand and implement the organisation policies and procedures, including WHS practices in relation to self and other employees.
  • To maintain confidentiality of all client and support worker information.
  • To liaise and provide positive initial contact with clients.

  What you bring 

  • Great time management skills and a positive I can do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously
  • Proficient knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
