About the role

We currently have an opportunity for Assistants in Nursing to join our team! Calvary John James is a private hospital located on the south side offering medical, surgical, rehabilitation and maternity services. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Attending to and assisting with patient’s personal care needs and activities of daily living
  • Assisting with care and support needs of patients
  • Follow directions from Nurses and work as part of the multi-disciplinary team

What you bring 

  • Well-developed communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to identify work priorities and plan to meet them.
  • Ability to follow instructions from Nurses.
  • Effectiveness in working in a team environment.
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
