About the role

As Care Manager you will be responsible for co-ordinating and providing clinical leadership to both the Clinical and Care Teams in collaboration with the Residential Site Manager.

In this role you will ensure compliance with legislative and statutory requirements to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly quality and lifestyle for our residents. You will also drive quality systems and site WHS.

Set amongst eight acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, Calvary Ryde Retirement Community is a purpose-built residence providing leading aged care services with excellent lifestyle facilities and support.

What you bring 

• Registered Nurse with current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
• Demonstrated post registration experience;
• Experience in managing the provision of quality clinical care in a highly regulated environment;
• Ability to support a multi-disciplinary team;
• Current COVID-19 Vaccinations including booster;
• A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
