About the role

The position of Care Service Employee is part of an integrated team of people working within an established and agreed framework attending to the personal needs of residents.

The Care Service Employee role is instrumental to ensuring that we are providing high quality care to our residents at all times.

We are currently seeking passionate care staff on a casual basis at Calvary Cooinda Retirement Community in Singleton. 

What you bring 

• Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support (ageing) (essential)
• Current Covid-19 Vaccinations including booster (essential)
• Previous experience in the aged care sector (desirable)
• Effective interpersonal communication; both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of WHS and Infection Control
• Availability to work a range of shifts including morning, afternoon, night shifts as well as weekends and public holidays
• A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
