About the role

Calvary is undergoing an exciting business transformation to place us at the forefront of healthcare and achieve our ambition to be the health, community and aged care provider of choice.

As the Change Lead, you will support key changes to our workforce and operations through developing and implementing the change management strategy and enabling Calvary to enhance employee experience across the organisation.

We are ideally looking for someone who is flexible with location as you will need to travel to National offices in Sydney, Cardiff, and Melbourne regularly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing the change management strategy for the program;
  • Engaging directly and managing relationships with key senior stakeholders across the organisation;
  • Developing and implementing communications and training solutions with a focus on achieving awareness, desire and adoption of changes
  • Develop high quality change management artefacts - including change impact assessments, communications, training, stakeholder engagement plans)
  • Advising project teams with planning and recommending best practice change management approaches to leaders across Calvary
  • Developing and delivering an organisation wide training program and proactively providing advisory support to project teams


What you bring 

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and a minimum of 4 to 8 years’ experience in successfully working in a project environment
  • A hands on approach to change and stakeholder management
  • Proven experience in autonomously identifying and delivering end to end change management
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to engage across a broad set of stakeholders in a diverse organisation
  • High levels of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Knowledge or experience with data, analytics or health operations projects
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement and project management approaches, tools, and phases
