About the role
The Client Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for achieving and optimising operational performance and timely delivery of quality and safe client services across South Australia.
This role is responsible for implementing operational plans that improve business efficiency and performance. This includes the planning, delivery and evaluation of work processes, identifying areas for improvement, imbed change initiatives, developing human resource capability and ensuring safe delivery of client services through the implementation of care models and practice frameworks.
This role will contribute to the development and implementation of integrated care models, innovation and growth to enhance the care service experience for our clients.
