About the role

The Client Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for achieving and optimising operational performance and timely delivery of quality and safe client services across South Australia.

This role is responsible for implementing operational plans that improve business efficiency and performance. This includes the planning, delivery and evaluation of work processes, identifying areas for improvement, imbed change initiatives, developing human resource capability and ensuring safe delivery of client services through the implementation of care models and practice frameworks.

This role will contribute to the development and implementation of integrated care models, innovation and growth to enhance the care service experience for our clients.

What you bring  

  • A Tertiary qualification in related field or demonstrated significant skills, knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a management in the Aged/Disability/Community sector
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the community care sector, current reforms, relevant legislation, funding and policy protocols, standards, and processes
  • Significant experience in managing diverse teams and demonstrated leadership skills in managing an operational team to deliver service excellence and within contractual requirements
  • Highly developed negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills, including strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and experience in working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Extensive experience using data management systems, client management systems and MS Office with the ability to produce data and reports
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
