About the role

Our Client Services Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring that our services are exceptional and delivered appropriately. You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls from clients and employees promptly and courteously, providing clear and accurate information as well as rostering to ensure all patients are seen by our Support Worker team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and build rapport with all inbound enquiries to Calvary Community Care;
  • Adhere to timeframes for following up and resolving any open enquiries which have been escalated or which are awaiting input from Service Centre colleagues;
  • Provide consistent and up to date information about Calvary Community Care, Aged Care and disability services;
  • Record detailed and accurate notes on all enquiry interactions, including timely, detailed and consistent handovers;
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes with a view to enhancing the customer experience at all times;

What you bring 

  • Experience in Rostering (1 year minimum)
  • Experience in Medical Administration (1 year minimum)
  • Flexibility to work all shift starts, e.g. 07:00, 10:00 and 12:00
  • Drivers Licence
  • Ability to manage a switch board
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to cope with multiple demands of phones, emails and schedules
  • Digital literacy skills, in particular excel, emails and word processing with the ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
