About the role

As a Client Services Officer (CSO), plays a key role in liaising with our staff, clients and their families to ensure that our services and interactions are exceptional. You will be part of a dynamic team that organises client care and service requirements preparing rosters and schedules to ensure efficient use of our staff and utilisation of various portals to provide timely communication between all stakeholders. As a CSO you will make use of your excellent time management skills to effectively respond to and resolve a high volume of in-bound calls.

This is a full time permanent opportunity at our Sydney Calvary Community Care Service Centre. 

 

What you bring 

  • Rostering and scheduling experience in healthcare (community service) industry highly desirable
  • Experience in a client focused position with a commitment to the delivery of quality service
  • Proactive attitude and ability to multitask between phones, emails and scheduling
  • Experience in using computer and software packages
  • Passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients
  • Current COVID-19 Vaccinations including booster
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
