 About the role

Reporting to the Home Manager at Calvary Goonawarra, located in Sunbury, we currently have an opportunity for a Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively and cooperatively with Calvary’s Vision and Mission in mind, creating a culture within the home that is resident-centric and treating everyone as an individual.
  • Ensuring the home remains in compliance with the requirements of the Aged care standards
  • Assisting the Home Manager to ensure that the Home embodies a strong diversity culture that advances the frontiers of aged living, through innovation and integration of clinical practice with lifestyle pursuits, hospitality and design

What you bring 

  • An active AHPRA registration
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in an Aged Care environment
  • A passion for working in Aged Care and a sound understanding of the sector
  • Experience with ACFI and accreditation requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
