About the role
Calvary George Vowell residential aged care home is a stunning, 8-hectare property providing leading aged care services in a contemporary and stylish setting located in Mount Eliza. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Clinical Care Coordinator to support the practice and culture at the home.
Working collaboratively and with Calvary’s Vision and Mission in mind, you will support a culture within the home that is resident-centric and treats everyone as an individual. You will ensure the home remains in compliance with the requirements of the Aged care standards and assist the Home Manager to ensure that the Home embodies a strong diversity culture that advances the frontiers of aged living, through innovation and integration of clinical practice with lifestyle pursuits, hospitality and design.
