Salary Range: $115,743 - $120,506 (Plus Super)
About the role
Clare Holland House is looking for a Palliative Care Registered Nurse Leader who will be guided in their practice by the ANMC competencies and the National Standards of Palliative Care. This role is within the Inpatient specialist palliative care unit. The RN 3.2 will provide advanced clinical assessment and develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with the patient their family and liaise closely members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient centred care is delivered. The RN 3.2 is a leadership role, providing direction management to the clinical team. It includes development of rosters and asset management.
