About the role

As the Clinical Services Manager you will utilise your senior clinical leadership skills across our NSW and ACT teams, developing a strategic approach to the expansion of clinical services within community care.

Working closely with the General Manager Community Care and our dedicated clinicians across the region, this position will provide you with a diverse range of responsibilities and opportunities allowing you to drive innovation to support the clients journey to receive excellence in care.

Key Responsibilities Include;

  • Build relationships, foster integrations and partnerships
  • Develop growth strategies and secure new business opportunities
  • Incorporate research based clinical excellence in all domains of client care
  • Oversee financial management of budget for direct care in community care nursing services
  • Grow, manage and continually improve the clinical governance framework within the region for community care
  • Represent and lead our team across a range of forums

What you bring 

  • Relevant qualification/s and experience as a Registered and current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior clinical leadership position involved in recruiting, supervising and supporting employees.
  • Demonstrated experience in Acute / Aged Care and/or the Community Care Sector
  • Relevant post graduate qualifications
  • Experience in networking across all levels of an organisation
  • Current motor vehicle drivers licence
  • Current COVID-19 vaccination and booster
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
