Data Entry Officer - Senior Patient Services Officer

What you bring 

  • Organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, you will perform a broad range of administrative duties. You will be highly committed to providing excellent customer service. 
  • Possessing experience in an administrative role within a healthcare setting and with familiarity with IPM software you will have the ability to work under pressure and maintain good working relations with others.  You will have a sound knowledge of medical terminology and demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills. 

About the role

An opportunity at Calvary North Adelaide Hospital to work in Patient Services Department, Data Entry for all inpatients working with Pre Admissions, Case Note Preparation, and Health Fund Validations.

  • Pre-admission Data Entry using IPM computer system
  • Patient, Health Fund and Doctors Rooms correspondence
  • Maintaining of filing system          
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
  • Other duties as requested by the Patient Administration Manager/Patient Services Supervisor
