Director of Clinical Services
Fixed Term (5 weeks) Full Time  


Calvary Bruce Private Hospital is currently seeking expressions of interest to provide leave cover for the Director of Clinical Services from Monday 26 of December 2022 until Friday 27 of January 2023 (5 weeks).

This is a valuable opportunity for a Manager to take their skills and experience to the next level.  

It is a full time position for a fixed period of 5 weeks.

The Director of Clinical Services will be require to:

  • Collaborate with fellow senior executives to ensure the optimal operation of the organisation continues regardless of daily challenges
  • Managing any conflict involving patients or clinical staff using a tactful resolve approach to ensure a resolution is reached  
  • Participate in the Executive on-call roster


The applicants will be selected for the role based on:

  • Demonstrated experience in previous management/leadership role
  • Demonstrated high level conflict management abilities
  • A sound understanding of the philosophical direction of the organisation and an ability to apply it practically in budgeting and resourcing
  • Awareness of the relevant legislative requirements and governing body reporting responsibilities
  • Emphasis on quality improvement processes 
  • Demonstrated skills in workforce planning, rostering and working within budgeted work hours
  • A strong commitment to further professional development of both yourself and staff
