About the role

This Registered Nurse position provides holistic, high quality nursing care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to all patients in the inpatient rehabilitation unit. The role also works in partnership with other health workers and multidisciplinary team. Calvary Health Care Kogarah provides both palliative care and rehabilitation services. It may be necessary at times, depending on clinical and staffing needs, for the nurse to work in either area.

About you

• Criteria 1: Registered Nurse with current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Criteria 2: Relevant post registration experience in Rehabilitation and/or Aged Care
• Criteria 3: Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
• Criteria 4: Good interpersonal, time management skills and computer skills
• Criteria 5: Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Criteria 6: Knowledge of quality improvement activities
• Criteria 7: Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah
