About the role
The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver workshops, training programs and activities that support person centered care, support service delivery requirements and promote skill and capability development.
The successful candidate will be working within the Community and Aged Care stream and reporting to the National Learning & Development Team. The Educator will be involved in providing assistance in overview of design, development, coordination, delivery and evaluation of education where requested at Calvary services.
The Educator will also ensure that education and training reflect evidenced based best practice aligned with agreed workforce development KPI’s, as well as act as a mentor/coach for workers and play a key role in the delivery of high quality care.
