About the role

Calvary community Care seeking Enrolled Nurses to work in Bathurst Island. This role is to work with indigenous local people living in our Aged Care Facility and Community. You will be working with support workers 7days on 7days off. You will also managing medication in the facility and the community with credentialed support workers. Anything clinical you will be working with the residents and liaising with RN based in Darwin or SA. This is FIFO work, accommodation, meals and flights/ferry is provided (Darwin - Tiwi Return).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical/nursing duties as delegated by Registered Nurse and or Home Manger
• Work within professional and legal boundaries pertaining to an EN.
• Maintain clinical skills by participating in training as required, mandatory training such as first id, annual CPR, and MH
• Liaise with RN, GP and or carers re clients well-being and report immediately any concerns re clients status.

What you bring 

• Aphra registration and current first aid with CPR
• Driver's License, NDIS screening check
• Experience in community Care aged care
• Working with local clinic GPs and other nursing staff from Darwin and Tiwi.
• A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
