About the role
The Enrolled Nurse – Medication Endorsed is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment.
You will be rostered shifts equivalent to your contracted hours and may be allocated to various units, when hospital capacity is increased or asked to back fill unplanned leave or provide enhanced Nursing observation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain harmonious relations with staff and behave in a professional manner
Organise and perform stated duties proficiently with a minimum of direct supervision
Maintain punctuality and notify supervisor of absences
Plan appropriate care following assessment in consultation with the patient and registered nurse
Implement planned care as delegated
What you bring
Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills, customer service skills and the ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
