Food Services Assistant- Aged Care

• Prepare daily meals including beverages for residents that meet the special dietary requirements as instructed by the Chef Manager or Chef/Cook.
• Ensure familiarity with menus and the needs and preferences of individual residents within the residence
• Plate/deliver meals to residents, ensuring that the correct meal is received by each resident.
• Complete cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning schedule, filling in appropriate sign off sheet.

• Follow Basic Food Safety Practices Certificate (Health Care Competencies)
• Awareness of HACCP food safety and risk assessment plan
• Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role in residential care, health care or hospitality sectors.
