Salary: $167,494 (Plus Super)

About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • To be a leader, encourage teamwork and set the example for good communication with staff, residents, relatives and other medical professionals.
  • Embody the model of person-centred care and person-centred dementia care and palliative care. 
  • To pride yourself in the responsibility of establishing and continuing a contemporary aged care service model that is committed to high quality care.
  • Represent Calvary in specified areas such as aged care sector, government, Catholic Health Australia and wider community as required.
  • Be comfortable to perform within refined financial management skills and business acumen. 

What you bring 

  • Demonstrated and sustained experience in Aged Care.
  • Tertiary qualifications in management or health related discipline. 
  • The willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' and directly support any resident, staff or community members.
  • Your experience in managing quality clinical care or health service management experience in a highly regulated environment.
