About the role

Here at Calvary, our People and Corporate Services team are working on some exciting projects. Reporting to the National Manager HR Operations and Policy, the HR Project Coordinator works on a key strategic HR projects, programs and services. 

With our current HR Project Coordinator due to commence parental leave in December, this is a great opportunity for someone to use their HR and Project skills to work in a mission based organisation committed to the care of others. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources and information
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate specific project information
  • Assist with administration, including reporting and other documentation as required

What you bring 

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Ability to prepare and interpret project management related tools and documentation 
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs including Project and Excel
  • A personal commitment to the Mission, Vision and Values of Calvary
  • A strong focus on ethics, integrity and discretion
  • Current driver licence
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
