Salary Range: $114,928 - $123,710 (Plus Super)

To be interested in strengthening your career as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in a large and complex business we know that you have experience to bring. Calvary at its core cares for any and all in the community. This extends into our HR practices where we have a focus on caring and supporting our staff and Regional Facilities in the ACT Community. The HRBP will support all Calvary facilities in the ACT Region. This provides you an agile and versatile application of your skillset. The HRBP supports all facilities in every facet of the employee life cycle. Our Facilities will also call upon for strategy, business development, workforce planning and ad hoc support where required. 

This position offers immense potential for a Human Resources Adviser/Officer wanting to make the next step or for a HRBP wanting to operate in a large and complex work environment. This position is supported by the wider HR Team to find your HR passions and to explore these passions. This position holds many opportunities for the successful 

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting. Our Administration Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service.

What you bring 

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously
  • Proficient knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
