About the role

Reporting to the General Manager SA/NT,the Office Manager/Executive Assistant is responsible for the Service Centre office site management (Adelaide Metro) as well as the coordination and delivery of regional administration activities to support the Service Centres in Flinders Far North and Darwin. The role is also the direct line manager of Reception staff and administration staff within the service centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced computer literacy skills and competent use of technology to support information flow 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in providing quality, client focused customer service .
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

What you bring 

  • Demonstrate initiative to undertake and complete tasks and resolve problems.
  • Experience managing administration/reception teams 
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
