About the role
Reporting to the Home Manager at Calvary Lakes Entrance we currently have an opportunity for Personal Care Workers to join our team! We have various shifts available across the week.
Key Responsibilities
Supports the Home Manager and peers in delivering high quality resident care within the home.
Instrumental to ensure that we are providing high quality care to our residents at all times
Work part of an integrated team of people working within an established and agreed framework attending to the personal needs of residents
Key Responsibilities
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
Demonstrated flexibility, empathy and patience with the aged person and their needs
Good verbal and written communication skills
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
Demonstrated respect for residents’ privacy, dignity and self esteem
