About the role
As the Registered Nurse you are responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.
Currently seeking experienced Aged Care Registered Nurses to join the Capel Sands team! Variety of shifts available.
Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care
Demonstrated experience in assessment and care planning of the older person
Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated computer literacy
Current Covid-19 vaccinations including booster are mandatory unless assessed exempt
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others
