About the role

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment. Provide key information about the role. Include key information that a candidate would want to know including location/service name. Max 3 sentences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perioperative nurses form an integral and invaluable component of the high-quality nursing care and patient management delivered at Calvary Hospital Riverina. As a registered nurse specialising in Anaesthetics, you will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive, safe and holistic care for patients throughout the perioperative period. Whilst delivering optimal patient centred care, you will demonstrate Calvary’s key values of Hospitality, Healing, Stewardship and Respect in daily practice.

What you bring 

  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Up to date immunisation status as outlined in the NSW Health Policy
  • A minimum of two (2) years post graduate nursing experience and recent Anaesthetic or Critical Care Nursing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
