Salary Range: $100,957 - $107,000 (Plus Super) Pro Rata
About the Role
Clare Holland House is looking for a Palliative Care Registered Nurse who will be guided in their practice by the ANMC competencies and the National Standards of Palliative Care. This role is within the Home Based Palliative Care Team in the community setting. The RN 2 will provide advanced clinical assessment and develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with the patient their family and liaise closely members of the multidisciplinary team. The RN2 is a leadership role, providing direction and support to family carers and other primary health care providers. They will be in a position to relief the CNC when required.

What we do
Clare Holland House provides specialist palliative care services to the ACT and the surrounding district. The service includes a 27 bed Inpatient Unit, and the Community Specialist Palliative Care Service. Clare Holland House provides high quality, skilled and compassionate care to patients with an advancing illness who are no longer responding to curative treatment. It is located in beautiful parkland settings on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin, with views to the surrounding Brindabella Mountains.
