About the role
As the Registered Nurse you are responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.
Managing the care of 106 Residents
Liaising with Residents and Family Members to organize on going care plans.
Provide leadership as a Team Leader in charge of the Care Team
Organising medical rounds, documentation and liaising with Pharmacy.
Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care
Demonstrated experience in assessment and care planning of the older person
Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated computer literacy
