About the role
Chiara Cottage located in the picturesque suburb of Lakelands in Lake Macquarie and delivers day and overnight respite accommodation. Clients, carers and guests are encouraged to utilise the onsite facilities such as the large lounge, covered courtyard with BBQ and outdoor pool.
Support workers promote independence in the community, respond to the individual needs and preferences of clients and assist with daily living tasks. These tasks may include domestic assistance, personal care, transport, meal preparation, medication administration, social support.
Our team at Chiara Respite Cottage are currently seeking a Support Worker who is available to work day and overnight shifts at the Cottage. We are seeking someone who is flexible and available to cover respite shifts in the community when required.
