We have Part Time Support Worker opportunities available across the following areas: Northern Beaches, North Sydney, Ryde, Western Sydney (Blacktown & Parramatta) , St George, Sutherland Shire & surrounding areas.
We are seeking Support workers willing to travel across areas and be paid kilometres for this!
About the role
As a Calvary Community Care Support Worker you will make a difference each and every day to our clients by promoting independence in the community, respond to the individual needs and preferences of clients and assist with daily living tasks. You assist a diverse range of clients including aged, disability and high needs clients with activities of daily living and providing support services such as Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Specialist Adult and Children Services, Respite and Personal Care at their home and in the community.
As a new starter you will learn on the job completing buddy shifts with ongoing training and support as you gain confidence in your role. With the continuing guidance and support of a Team Leader, you will regularly attend training and meetings to catch-up with the team, working together to support the needs of our clients.
