About the role

As a Support Worker - Disability your role will be to assist a diverse range of clients of all ages with all or some of the following:

• activities of daily living
• transport
• domestic assistance and
• social support in their home or in the community

This is a rewarding role offering you the flexibility to work your preferred hours. The current ordinary rate of pay is $33.33 per hour plus superannuation. Employees also have access to generous salary packaging benefits.

What you bring 

• A Certificate III or IV Disability or minimum Cert III in Individualised Support Disability Speciality or a superseded qualification combined with experience in a related field
• Current and valid Driver’s Licence, comprehensive insurance, reliable motor vehicle and smart mobile phone
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• High customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
• NDIS Worker Screening clearance
• Capacity to embrace a role that is meaningful for the community and yourself
• Proficiency in use of technology such as smart phones, email and internet
• A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
