About the role
The Team Leader –Support Worker is responsible for promoting quality client service delivery while ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care
Key Responsibilities
Providing mentoring to Support Workers collectively and individually that is suitably aligned to the values of Calvary Community Care and the client centre care.
Improve the performance of our Support Workers with coaching, annual performance reviews, participant in performance management and engagement of Support Workers in delivering the Calvary customer experience to the best of their ability.
Play a key role in ensuring the activities and services provided by the support workers promotes independence, enablement and wellness.
Act as a role model and provide coaching, guidance, mentoring and community based support
What you bring

Current Driver’s licence, own registered and insured car
NDIS Screening check
Performance management experience, or previous team leader experience essential
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
