 About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting. Our Trainee Administration Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service. The Trainee Administration Officer will have opportunities in providing administrative support in all aspects of the operation of the Department of Palliative Care. They will be supported to participate in all training workshops, complete all assessment tasks and meet other requirements of the traineeship.

  • Competently and enthusiastically deliver an exceptional level of service to patients and staff.

What you bring

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously
  • Proficient knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
