About the role:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a focus on case management and fair work practices to join Calvary. As a People and Culture Partner, you will create and maintain positive relationships with our leaders across our hospitals, aged care, and home care services as you will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and support on daily basis.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely advice, coaching, and support on HR matters.
  • Acting as the ‘key point of contact’ for managers and employees on Employee Relations matters.
  • Provide direct support to our people managers with conducting workplace investigations, performance management and disciplinary procedures.
  • Interpret industrial instruments and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Promote workplace safety and well-being.
  • Deliver manager training sessions and provide development coaching as required.
  • Assist with reporting and maintaining HR records.

 

About you:

  • Passionate for contributing to a mission-based organisation.
  • Previous experience in case management.
  • Understanding of employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and HR policies.
  • Strong analytical skills for workplace investigations and disciplinary processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build productive relationships.
  • Adaptability to changes in industrial relations laws and industry practices.
  • Prior experience in healthcare is highly regarded.
