
Our 4 Step Application Process
To apply for a role, you will first need to complete an online application that
includes your resume and a cover letter to highlight your experience. Your
application will then be assessed and you will be contacted if you are shortlisted.
Step 1: Apply Online
Complete your online application. Remember to upload your resume and cover letter to highlight your experience.
Step 2: Interview Process
If shortlisted for the role, you will be contacted by a Recruitment team member and invited to take part in a phone or face-to-face interview.
In your face-to-face interview, you will:
- meet with the Hiring Manager and other key stakeholders,
- be provided with an overview of the role and what it is like to work at Calvary, and
- be asked questions to help us assess your suitability for the role.
Step 3: Pre-employment Checks
Calvary will complete two work-related references with contacts you have provided.
Compliance checks may include:
- Criminal History Check,
- NDIS Screening Check,
- Work Rights Check,
- Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Checks,
- Pre-employment medical evaluation to ensure you meet the physical requirements of the role, and/or
- Immunisation Screening.
Step 4: Onboarding
Congratulations! You are joining Calvary. Once we have sent your offer of employment, the final step is to log in to your applicant portal, accept your offer and complete your New Starter Paperwork.
