Registered Nurse - Sandhill Aged Care Home, South Launceston

We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our supportive team at Sandhill Aged Care facility in South Launceston. Whether you are an experience RN or new qualified, you will work within a collaborative environment and receive guidance from the management team, throughout your employment journey with us.

• Casual and permanent positions. AM/PM/Night shifts available.
• Sponsorship available for candidates with APRAH.
• Relocation assistant available.

About the role

As Registered Nurse you will work directly with our residents and provide leadership to staff, ensuring legislative requirements and compliance are followed, to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.

What you bring:

• Valid AHPRA registration
• Demonstrated recent clinical experience in your area of speciality 
• Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
