About the role

As the Registered Nurse you are responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and implement care in accordance to individual care plans
• Deliver and promote a high standard of care
• Provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our Care staff

About you

• Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
• A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
