About the role
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate the ability to consistently deliver exceptional patient care with kindness, helpfulness and compassion. A strong focus on customer service will also be required.
Your main duties will include:
Transporting of patients
Collecting and delivering of packages/specimens
Ensuring the safe handling and positioning of patients
Co-ordination and moving of specialised equipment
Collaborating with the nursing team to ensure efficient theatre utilisation
Cleaning and restocking

Strong multitasking capabilities
Commitment to privacy and confidentiality

Effective organisational and time management skills with an ability to sense prioritisation
Embraces change in the work environment, including technology
A willingness to work collaboratively within a small team
Ability to build, develop and maintain professional relationships within a multidisciplinary team
The ability to work a rotating roster and be on call
