About the role
Here at Calvary, our Talent Solutions team are working on some exciting projects. Reporting to the National Manager, the Project Coordinator works on a number of key strategic HR projects, programs and services. This will include coordination and management of Calvary’s traveling workforce, PALM program and any other initiative within the broad scope of the Talent Solutions function.
With our current Project Coordinator currently on parental leave, this is a great opportunity for someone to use their HR and Project skills to work in a mission based organisation committed to the care of others.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the program delivery of the PALM program within Calvary
Coordinate the program delivery of the Traveling Workforce program, including coordinating placements with the organisation, advertising, screening, appointment and booking travel
Support the delivery of the Calvary MSP, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure its success
Support initiatives related to internal career pathways and recruitment marketing, including internal communications and talent attraction strategies
Coordinate any other projects and support the general activities of the Talent Solutions team as required
What you bring
Demonstrated experience coordinating and delivering programs of work
A strong interest in people & culture or workforce initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional documentation for various audiences, advise and negotiate at high levels and maintain discretion.
Highly developed relationship management skills, including the ability to interact with, and gain cooperation from, internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
Demonstrated organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
