About the role
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse with strong leadership and interest in career progression to join our team as a Level 2 Registered Nurse on a permanent part-time 0.64 FTE basis.
Your main duties will include:
Provides advanced clinical care to patients based on best practice principles.
Acts as a clinical resource and problem solver for Registered and Enrolled Nurses in the management of patient care
Uses effective communication skills when interacting with patients, significant others and the multi-disciplinary team. Acts as a client advocate, collaborating to achieve optimal health outcomes
Promotes and participates in team building and decision-making.
Provides leadership and support on the ward as part of the current leadership team.
About you
Valid APHRA registration
Previous nursing experience, minimum of 2years
Can work a flexible rotating roster
Computer literacy skills
Willing to undertake appropriate further education
Willing to hold and develop a clinical portfolio
