About the role
Reporting to the Home Manager at Calvary Kelaston, located in Wendouree, we currently have an opportunity for a Chef Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
A passion for, and previous experience working as a Chef Manager in Aged Care
Knowledge of the various legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to the catering service within the residential care sector.
Working knowledge of menu planning, ordering, managing stock levels, IDDSI, staff supervision and allergen management.
What you bring
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
Diploma of Hospitality
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Health Care Competencies)
Significant experience in a similar role in the residential care or health care sectors.
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation.
