About the role
Are you a passionate and experienced WHS & Wellness professional ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for someone just like you to join our dynamic, regionally-based team!
This full-time role is based in Melbourne with flexible work options, offering the perfect balance of professional challenge and work-life flexibility. You'll collaborate with our Hospitals, Home Care, and Aged Care teams, driving positive WHS & Wellness outcomes while creating a proactive and supportive workplace for all.
Your main duties will include:
Develop and implement integrated WHS & Wellness programs for Victorian and NSW services.
Provide coaching and support to service management to improve WHS performance.
Lead regionally based wellness initiatives and programs.
Partner with local managers to support safe work environments and processes.
Embed WHS activities focusing on key risks and support WHS & Wellness initiatives across the region.
About you
Undergraduate degree in WHS Management or related discipline, or significant equivalent skills and experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience in workplace health and safety and/or risk management in a large, complex organisation.
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and related Codes of Practice.
Proven expertise in Risk Assessment and Incident Investigation methodologies.
Experience partnering with stakeholders at all levels to achieve WHS outcomes.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
