About the role
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a confidential executive support service to members of the Executive Management Team Director of Clinical Services and Clinical Leadership team. Key result areas include – executive administrative and business support, function coordination, customer and community liaison service and personal support to key roles in the executive management team at Calvary Adelaide Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Diary management
Administrative duties
Committee management, including minute taking
Events and function coordination
Liaising with key stakeholders internal and external to the hospital
What you bring
High level experience in administration at Executive Level
Extensive computer skills including advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher), web based marketing software and access databases.
Ability to work in a small and supportive team
Advanced written and oral communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships through effective interpersonal relations.
Commitment to a high level of customer service and ongoing service improvement
