We are seeking motivated Registered Nurses to join the team on MacKillop Ward at Calvary Adelaide Hospital.
About the role
MacKillop ward is a 30 bed acute surgical/medical ward that focuses on the care of surgical and medical short stay patients.
Our Multi disciplinary team are committed to delivering high-quality compassionate care
Your main duties will include:
Provide comprehensive care to patients recovering from complex surgical interventions
Provide comprehensive care to medical patients
About you
Experience in General Surgery nursing in an Acute Care setting
Strong Leadership skills with the ability to aspire and mentor a team towards achieving department goals
APHRA registration
Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service goals
A desire to join a team committed to the care of other in a mission based organisation
