About the role
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our National team, based in either our Newcastle or Sydney office with hybrid working available. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Team leader you will work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team to support our services across Calvary.
Within your designated portfolio of Aged Care homes in the region, you will work as a business partner to manage the talent acquisition activities of the sites, and will work to enhance the recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. This includes:
Support the recruitment of service delivery roles across our aged care homes in the region
Provide advice, recommendations and solutions covering recruitment, candidate selection, interviews and supporting managers as they work their way through the recruitment process.
Provide a great candidate and manager experience
Proactively source and identify candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and networking
About you
3+ years’ experience minimum in an end to end internal recruitment role including high volume recruitment campaigns;
A perceptiveness for screening candidates against Position Descriptions and Vacancy Briefs to identify relevant competencies and key skills;
Creative and thoughtful job advertisement writing style;
Sound organisational, communicative and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities;
Strong initiative, with a proactive attitude to sourcing and thinking outside the box on attracting candidates;
IT Savvy with broad systems experience such as Applicant Tracking Systems, Human Resource Information Systems, databases, MS Office etc.;
Team player with the ability to develop and maintain effective high level working relationships across a diverse range of key internal and external stakeholders;
