Learning & Development Manager
Part-time opportunity | Hobart

About the role:

The Learning & Development Manager reports to the Director of Clinical Services and leads the Learning & Development team. This position oversees the coordination and delivery of training for nursing and support staff at Calvary Hobart, identifying long-term development needs and aligning them with organisational and strategic goals. The role fosters a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Current registration with AHPRA and practising certificate
  • Postgraduate qualification in education
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Leadership experience in health care settings
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • In-depth understanding of current nursing issues and practices
  • Passion for working in a mission-based organisation
