• Implementing clinical and care interventions as delegated by the Registered Nurse, following the resident's plan of care

• Hold a Certificate III in individual support or an equivalent recognized qualification
• Possess effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize workloads
• Show flexibility, empathy, and patience when working with elderly individuals
• Can provide holistic care that respects residents' privacy, dignity, and self-esteem
