About the role
Working in collaboration with other Clinical Leads, the Music Therapist Grade 3 is responsible for the clinical leadership of the music therapy department and the psychosocial support services team including service development and innovation, clinical supervision, staff development, and the provision of specialist clinical music therapy services. Please note this is a 12 month contract for parental leave cover.
Your main duties will include:
Providing expert clinical services to our patients
Management, coordination and supervision of a motivated and experienced music therapy team alongside a co-senior
Partnering with consumers and stakeholders to develop existing and new programs
About you
Bachelor or Master's degree in Music Therapy, with current AMTA registration
Advanced clinical experience in specialist music therapy delivery
Managerial and staff/ student supervision experience
Demonstrated and ongoing entitlement to work in Australia
Valid Full Australian Driver's Licence
